1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VRA Health web or/and mobile application ("the App") provided by VRAH Telehealth Services Private Limited ("the Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App/Web services

2.1. The App is intended for use in accessing telehealth and telemedicine services provided by the Doctors enrolled on VRAH Telehealth Services Private Limited platform - VRA Health

2.2. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or engage in any activity that may harm, exploit, or interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1. The use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://vrahealth.com/user/help/view/83 By using the App, you consent to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

4. User Accounts

4.1. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Medical Disclaimer

5.1. The information provided by the Doctor through the App is to be considered as that particular Doctor's medical advice for the particular user/patient for which the consultation was intended and it does not have any bearing effect/responsibility of the app or the company. Complete liability, whatso ever of the medical opinion is borne by the consultant doctor in all terms including legal, medical and medico-legal terms. 

5.2   At the user's discretion, they may choose to utilize telehealth consultations for addressing specific healthcare concerns. Once opted for, these services will be rendered to the best of the healthcare professionals' knowledge, experience, and expertise, always prioritizing the well-being of the patient or user. It is important to note that telemedical consultations offer a convenient and cost-effective alternative to traditional in-person visits with a healthcare provider, saving time, effort, and expenses. However, it is crucial to understand that a telemedical consultation cannot fully replace the necessity of a physical examination in certain cases for a comprehensive assessment. Therefore, we strongly advise users to exercise their own judgment and discretion when considering telehealth services.

6. Charges/Fee levied

When scheduling appointments with our healthcare professionals, the fees encompass several components: the Doctor's fee, the Site fee (which serves as a commission to the company for facilitating teleconsultations), and a Convenience fee. The Convenience fee encompasses charges imposed by third-party entities involved in the process, such as payment gateways, third-party plugins used for video consultations, and any surcharges applied by consultants for users.

7. User Conduct

7.1. You agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt the use of the App, including but not limited to uploading or transmitting harmful code, violating applicable laws, or interfering with the security of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of VRAH Telehealth Services Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

9.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
