VRA Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients worldwide with expert Indian doctors for online medical consultations. It offers a convenient, secure way to receive healthcare advice and treatment recommendations from the comfort of your home.
2. How do I book a consultation?
Visit our website or download our mobile app, create an account, and choose a doctor based on your health concern. Select a convenient time slot and send the appointment request. Once the doctor confirms, you can pay the consultation fee, and the doctor will video-call you at the appointed time.
3. Which specialties are available?
Our panel includes specialists and super-specialists across more than 40 fields — including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & Neonatology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Neurology, Nephrology, Psychiatry & Mental Health and many more. New specialties are added regularly.
4. Can I consult from outside India?
Yes. VRA Health connects you with Indian expert doctors wherever you are. All you need is a stable internet connection, and you can pay the consultation fee online in your own currency.
5. How are consultations conducted?
Consultations take place over video call for a personal, interactive experience. Please ensure you have a good internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and that you allow the app or browser permissions needed to receive video calls and notifications.
6. Is my personal health information kept confidential?
Yes. We follow strict privacy practices and use secure, encrypted communication channels. Your consultation chat, shared files and prescriptions are private between you and your doctor. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. What are the consultation fees?
Fees vary by doctor, specialty and experience, and are shown on each doctor's profile before you book. The total payable may include a platform fee, applicable taxes and a convenience fee, which vary by doctor and your location. Any promotional discounts are automatically reflected in the amount displayed.
8. Can I get a prescription through VRA Health?
Yes. If the doctor considers it appropriate, they will issue a digital prescription that can be used at your local pharmacy in India. If you are outside India, prescriptions are provided as professional medical advice and must be used in accordance with the medical and drug laws of your country of residence.
9. What if I face technical issues during a consultation?
Contact our support team right away on +91 99149 32405 (phone/WhatsApp) or info@vrahealth.com — we are here to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted consultation experience.
10. How can I give feedback about my experience?
We value your feedback. After your consultation you can rate your experience and leave comments — this helps us improve the service and recognise our doctors' efforts.
11. Is VRA Health suitable for medical emergencies?
No. VRA Health is not intended for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (108 / 102 in India) or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
12. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes — appointments can be cancelled through the platform. Once a request has been accepted by the doctor and payment made, it cannot be rescheduled online; contact our support team and we will cancel or reschedule it for you. Please refer to our cancellation policy for timelines and any applicable fees.
