1. What is VRA Health?

  • VRA Health is a telehealth platform that connects users worldwide with expert Indian doctors for remote medical consultations. We offer a convenient, secure way to receive healthcare advice and treatment recommendations from the comfort of your home.

2. How do I book a consultation?

  • You can book a consultation by visiting our website or downloading our mobile applications, creating an account, and selecting a doctor based on your health concern. Choose a convenient time slot of the concerned doctor and send the request for appointment. You'll receive a confirmation from the Doctor after which you can proceed for payment of consultation fee. Doctor will video call/audio call you at the appointment time slot for consultation.

3. What specialties do the doctors on VRA Health cover?

  • Our platform includes a diverse range of specialists and superspecialists, including but not limited to Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gynecology, Pediatric Endocrinology, Neonatology, Psychiatry and Mental Health. We continually add new specialties to meet our patients' needs.

4. Can I consult with a doctor from any country?

  • Yes, VRA Health connects users with Indian expert doctors regardless of their location. All you need is a stable internet connection for a seamless consultation experience. You can pay the consultation fee in your own currency online.

5. How are the consultations conducted?

  • Consultations are conducted via video call, providing a personal and interactive experience. Ensure you have a good internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Ensure you allow necessary permissions for the mobile apps/browser to recieve video calls and notifications from the Doctors.

6. Is my personal health information kept confidential?

  • Absolutely. We adhere to strict privacy policies and use secure communication channels to protect your personal and health information. Each consultation is end to end encrypted and only the provider and recepient can access the consultation chat thread, files shared during consultation and the prescriptions shared by the doctor. Neither the solution, nor the administration have access to such data.

7. What are the consultation fees?

  • The fees vary depending on the doctor's specialty and experience. You can view the consultation fees on each doctor’s profile before booking an appointment. Additional fees for the site maintenance, tax and convenience fee which also varies depending on the user location/country and doctor. Any promotional discounts/offers are automatically reflected in the amount displayed for Site fee and Tax and Convenience fee.

8. Can I get a prescription through VRA Health?

  • Yes, if the doctor deems it necessary, they can provide a digital prescription which can be used at your local pharmacy (India). For users outside India, Please be advised that while the prescriptions issued by our online doctors at VRA Health for users outside India are provided as professional medical advice, they should be considered and used in accordance with the medical and drug laws specific to your country of residence. These prescriptions are given in good faith for the best interest of the patient, but they do not carry any legal or medico-legal liability on the part of VRA Health or its doctors

9. What if I face technical issues during the consultation?

10. How can I give feedback about my experience? - We value your feedback! After your consultation, you will have the option to rate your experience and provide comments. This helps us improve our services and acknowledge our doctors' efforts.

11. Is VRA Health suitable for emergency medical situations? - No, VRA Health is not intended for emergency medical situations. In case of an emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

12. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment? - Yes, appointments can be canceled through our platform. Once the appointment request accepted by the doctor and payment done, it cannot be rescheduled. However, if you want to cancel any appointment at any stage before the consultation, contact our support team to get it cancelled/rescheduled manually from backend. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details regarding timelines and any applicable fees.
